★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al jaren klant hier, 1 op 1 contact met een adviseur is hier nog mogelijk en echt persoonlijk contact. Niet een computer met een een keuze menu waar je in verdwaald. Prijzen zijn iets hoger dan een internet aanbieder , maar dit betaald zich in bereikbaarheid en klantvriendelijkheid zeker terug. Lage kosten bij een onbekend kantoor van een prijsgigant leuk tot je je moet bellen met een probleem en je dur geen stap verder komt. Dus dat is de rede dat ik de unive fijn vind je belt en je krijg iemand aan de lijn.
Customer here for years, 1 on 1 contact with an advisor is still possible here and real personal contact. Not a computer with a menu to get lost in. Prices are slightly higher than an internet provider, but this certainly pays for itself in accessibility and customer-friendliness. Low costs at an unknown office of a price giant nice until you have to call you with a problem and you don't get any further. So that's why I like the university you call and you get someone on the line.
