★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldig geholpen door de mensen van Century en Skoda financial service toen bleek dat door een lichamelijk probleem m'n bestelde nieuwe lease Fabia omgeruild moest worden voor een automaat. En dat een paar weken voor de aflevering. Geweldig!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een schademelding werd ik in eerste instantie aansprakelijk gesteld voor het daarbij geldende bedrag aan eigen risico. Nadat ik de zaak vanuit mijn gezichtspunt nog eens had toegelicht, is door bemiddeling van de heer Siebers van de schadeafdeling besloten om het betreffende bedrag aan mij te retourneren dit terwijl ik strict juridisch gezien "geen poot had om op te staan". Een klantvriendelijke houding waarbij een groot bedrijf aantoont ook groot te kunnen handelen.
After a damage report, I was initially held liable for the applicable amount of deductible. After I had once again explained the matter from my point of view, it was decided through the mediation of Mr Siebers of the claims department to return the amount concerned to me, while I "didn't have a leg to stand on" from a strict legal point of view. A customer-friendly attitude in which a large company demonstrates that it can also act large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaren auto bij hun geleased - nu nog. Helaas worden er op de afdeling Financiën veel fouten gemaakt. Dus let goed op als het gaat om het financiele aspect van deze maatschappij.
Leased a car from them for years - even now. Unfortunately, many mistakes are made in the Finance department. So pay close attention when it comes to the financial aspect of this society.

Requested to have my lease contract transferred to my partner and they sent me the contract for terminating the contract. They forgot to process the payment for my unused kilometers. I had to call and ask why the money is not yet in my account and they said: oh..sorry we forgot to process the payment.
Everytime when you call they ask you to send an email!!! Ridiculous! Why they have a phone number then? It takes them 5 days to reply to your email. They just lost another customer, me!
