★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De winkel voegt verder niks toe. Ik verwacht bij een winkel dat ik direct terecht kan voor mijn verzekeringen. Blijkt niet het geval. Moet je gewoon ook een afspraak maken. Ik zocht voor bedrijf en prive en partner met persoonlijk contact in de buurt. Hier derhalve niet gevonden dus. En afspraak plannen kan bij elke verzekeraar. Binnenlopen alleen bij een aanbieder met echt persoonlijk contact. Term winkel kun je beter aanpassen in kantoor op afspraak. Best jammer. Hoopte op iets anders.
The store adds nothing. I expect at a store that I can go straight for my insurance policies. Does not appear to be the case. You just have to make an appointment. I searched for business and private and partner with personal contact in the neighborhood. Not found here therefore. You can schedule an appointment with any insurer. Entering only with a provider with real personal contact. You can adjust the term store in the office by appointment. Quite a pity. Was hoping for something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One year i still cant access my account online, my address is written wrong and i still receive post on the wrong address. During this one year i reported this problem about 4 or 5 times and no progress. Luckily i did not have to use the insurance but I am definitely switching to another insurer. Bottom line horrible experience very unprofessional.
