The Levantine cuisine has a rich tradition that has its roots in the Ottoman Empire….and even today, the influence of this kitchen is still clearly present in a majority of the dishes that can be found in the modern states of Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Palestine, Eastern Egypt, Southern Turkey and Northern Iraq. In the wider family of Mediterranean dishes, the Levantine cuisine also has its influence in Greece and Cyprus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered yesterday evening, 2 vegan and one kofte bowl, plus 2 falafel wraps. The bowls were sooo good. Tasty rice and vegetables, same for the one with meat. The greatest surprise was the packaging: woooow a metal reusable bowl!!! Try to beat that! Attentive service. I did not try the falafel wrap yet but I will add one more review for it. Highly recommended
