★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much needs to be written, just look at this company's previous reviews. The company convince you to sign up for €100 and then when they send you all the information for the property, the advertised rent amount and deposit amount magically increased (by that time you've lost your €100, now you see how they make money).
As for the properties they are MEGA over priced for what they are and we was shown around by the receptionist on the first viewing because Urban short stay didn't even show up.

They will assure you that 100 euro you pay is fully refundable if they will not find right apartment for you. Well... It is not! You are left with no money and no apartment. They charge everyone 100 euro for registration; they profit only from misinformed people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had a fantastic experience with Urban Short Stay for over a couple of years. We own a few apartments in Amsterdam and Amstelveen and Urban Short Stay always ensures very fast rental, good contracts, reliable tenants and correctly adhere to the agreements.
Definitely a relief from previous experiences with rental agencies.
