Good material. Pleasant environment (lively) where you can exercise safely and quietly. Interesting for all levels, from beginner to Greek God.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoy this place everyweekend with my children, just getting them out and trying some of the excersise on offer is great fun for them. Equipment does need to be maintanend more regularly due to over use at the moment. Would like to see more obstacles introduced over time. Worth a workout there anytime.

A local boxing school hung up a bag here and it has caused many guys to come here and get their training in, besides doing bodyweight training.
People from all kinds of backgrounds and levels of experience come here, ex-gym, crossfit, calisthenics, etc.
It has a schoolyard next to it and it enhances the lively vibe.
There are youths hanging around and smoking weed once in a while though.
