★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a bike about 15 times, but more often than not a bad experience. Broken bikes, broken booking system, customer service couldnt really help out either. Really sucks if you need to be somewhere in time!! In the end I gave up since its not a reliable (enough) service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fact that you have to bring the bike back to it’s original location ruins all the experience. We should be able to drop the bikes off wherever and see the battery level from the app when we select it, just like other electric transport apps. Have people collect the bikes over night and charge them.
The worst thing about the charging stations is that the frikkin uber eats people are always camping there and you can’t take any bike because it’s “their bike”.

Rented once tried to rent for the second time but I couldn’t because there is no bikes available only for staff ?
Man just make it private then (sloterdijk kpn)
For the first time it was fun and very fast last for 24 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a rack full of bikes at my local point yet they're always unavailable to book. The 2 times I've managed to book one the given bike isn't present and there is no number to call at weekends. Unable to cancel booking from the app as well. Good bikes but impossible to rely on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever ! I exchanged my bike on Wednesday and they gave me bike with motor problems. Then i called them and they said, ‘this problem cannot be fixed in 1 hour, you should come next week’. Then i went next Wednesday and they fixed same bike within 1 hour. That was so bad day that my bike got stolen same day. They sent me a invoice of 800 euro as own risk fine. Where is my insurance? What is the purpose of paying 96 per month ??
