★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al vaker heeft de Firma Boom een verbouwing bij ons gedaan. Heel tevreden over het resultaat. Nu waren ze er ook weer de zelfde dag voor het maken van een offerte. Deze keer niet tevreden. Ging vandaag even bellen hoe het met de offertte is. Kreeg ik te horen we doen het niet geen tijd en de klus is te groot. Het had de heren gesierd als ze zelf hadden gebeld. Vind dit een dikke minpunt voor de Firma Boom.
 Firma Boom has already done a renovation for us before. Very satisfied with the result. Now they were there again the same day for making an offer. Not satisfied this time. Went to call today how the tender is doing. I was told we don't do it any time and the job is too big. It would have adorned the gentlemen if they had called themselves. Find this a big downside for the Firma Boom.
