★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't comment on their services as I went in simply with an inquiry about bike frame. The staff that helped me was friendly and helpful, even if they couldn't solve my problem or direct me to a place that could help me. The reason for the 4* rating is because of the openness to my inquiry and no attitude towards me (maybe that's how things are here but after so many years in Toronto where you never know how you'll be treated, this experience felt refreshing).
They got some cool bikes on display (although I heard they're mostly out of stock of anything and everything!) and some small but decent selection of accessories.
