★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein tolles modernes und sehr komfortables Haus, alle Einrichtungen neuwertig und hochwertig. Wir haben uns mit 4 Personen alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt im schönen Ballum, ein kleiner Supermarkt, 2 Restaurants, Fahrradverleih und Bushaltestelle sind in direkter Fußnähe. Alles perfekt, gerne wieder.
A great modern and very comfortable house, all facilities as good as new and of high quality. We all felt very comfortable with 4 people. The landlady is very friendly and uncomplicated. The house is located in the beautiful Ballum, a small supermarket, 2 restaurants, bike rental and bus stop are within walking distance. Everything perfect, anytime again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gepflegtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit belgischen Pralinen und Nobeltje. Die Küche lässt ausstattungsmäßig keine Wünsche offen, so dass wir sogar im Urlaub gekocht haben. Kleine Anregungen zB bzgl deutscher Gebrauchsanweisungen für den Backofen wurde direkt umgesetzt. Das Badezimmer ist top und das Schlafzimmer mit frei stehender Badewanne im OG sehr schön. Lebensmittelgeschäft und nettes Restaurant direkt um die Ecke.

Wir hatten eine rundum schöne Woche in diesem Haus.
Very well-kept and tastefully furnished holiday home. Very friendly welcome with Belgian chocolates and Nobeltje. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired in terms of equipment, so that we even cooked on vacation. Small suggestions, for example with regard to German instructions for use for the oven, were implemented directly. The bathroom is great and the bedroom with a free-standing bathtub on the first floor is very nice. Grocery store and nice restaurant just around the corner.
Chill furniture on the sun terrace.
We had an all-round wonderful week in this house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super! Van alle gemakken voorzien: wasmachine, droger, 3 verschillende koffiezetapparaten, 2 bubbelbaden, infrarood douche, open haard, 3 slaapkamers, op iedere kamer een tv. Dit is echt een aanrader!!!!!
Super! Fully equipped: washing machine, dryer, 3 different coffee machines, 2 whirlpools, infrared shower, fireplace, 3 bedrooms, a TV in every room. This is highly recommended !!!!!
