J	Jeanne Schaaij on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op mijn advies huurde mijn nicht een huisje. Om tot rust te komen van haar drukke baan in het ziekenhuis. Kom naar Zeeland zei ik tegen haar, mooie huisjes, frisse lucht:komt ze in het Villapark...komt ze doodmoe aan Krijgt ze me daar een vies huis waar ze tot diep in de nacht heeft moeten schoonmaken voordat ze konden douchen en slapen. Dat vind ik heel erg... Is dat de manier hoe we met mensen omgaan? Ik schaamde me ervoor dat ik jullie heb aangeraden! On my advice, my niece rented a house. To unwind from her busy job in the hospital. Come to Zeeland, I told her, beautiful houses, fresh air: when she arrives at the Villa Park… she arrives dead tired. She gives me a dirty house where she had to clean until deep into the night before they could shower and sleep. I really hate that... Is that the way we treat people? a	alberdina Jansen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hadden geboekt voor huisje 21 2 x verzet ivm Corona kregen we voor 3 e x te horen dat we ander huis kregen omdat zij een overboeking hadden gedaan! Werd huis 64 zouden we geen spijt van krijgen. Nou wel dus. Was waardeloos. Niet schoon.. b Tuin nietvolledig afgesloten geen buiten verlichting inrichting keuken zeer zuinig geen soepborden totaal geen luxe. WiFi router viel iedere x uit. Badkamer vol schimmel.. geen afzuiging Communicatie receptie ver beneden peil.. niks is er opgelost tijdens ons verblijf en toen kregen we ook het teveel betaalde bedrag wat ons wel in voorjaar was beloofd niet terug. Op de maandag hele dag verpest omdat ze heg moesten snoeien…heb ze over alles tijdens verblijf aangesproken geen excuus alleen maar afschuiven op eigenaars die gingen over de inrichting en dan zeggen ze ook nog 3 honden is niet toegestaan maar gelukkig had ik contract met daarin overschrijving van de 3 honden.. Was geen goedkope vakantie en dan zo tegenvallen jammer 1ster is voor omgeving en bedden. Maar in.. dat park kom ik niet meer… geen aanbeveling. We had booked for house 21 2 x resistance because of Corona, we were told for 3 e x that we got another house because they had made an overbooking! Was house 64 we wouldn't regret it. Well so. Was worthless. Not clean.. b Garden not completely closed, no outside lighting, kitchen, very economical, no soup plates, no luxury at all. WiFi router fell out every x. Bathroom full of mold .. no extraction Communication reception far below level .. nothing has been resolved during our stay and then we did not get back the overpaid amount that was promised to us in spring. Ruined all day on Monday because they had to prune hedges ... spoke to them about everything during their stay no excuse just blame the owners who went over the furnishing and then they also say 3 dogs are not allowed but luckily I had a contract with transfer out of 3 dogs.. Was not a cheap holiday and then so disappointing is a shame 1 star is for environment and beds. But I don't go to that park anymore… no recommendation.
U	Ulf E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sauberkeit und Einrichtung unseres Hauses (Haus 54) war mangelhaft. 4 kaputte Lampen (ein Zimmer ganz ohne Licht), Elektroinstallation mit Klebeband lebensgefährlich "repariert" (ausgerechnet im Kinderzimmer!), Silberfische im Bett, Schimmel in der Waschmaschine, Treppensicherung für Kinder kaputt, alle Schneidemesse in der Küche untauglich stumpf, 40 cm Staubwürste im Badezimmer, Sofalehne lose, schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche, Terrassentüre verzogen, plötzlicher Warmwasser-Stop beim Duschen für 20 Sekunden, ... viele Mängel, die man mit geringem bis mäßigem Aufwand beheben könnte wenn man möchte. Ziemlich liebloses Renditeobjekt, welches wohl lange nicht mehr von den Eigentümern selber genutzt wird. Die Lage des Parks ist toll und die Anlage ist in Summe gepflegt, allerdings lässt dieses Haus leider keine andere Gesamtbewertung zu. The cleanliness and furnishing of our house (house 54) was poor. 4 broken lamps (one room with no light at all), electrical installation "repaired" life-threateningly with adhesive tape (in the children's room, of all places!), Silver fish in bed, mold in the washing machine, stair safety for children broken, all cutting fair in the kitchen unsuitable dull, 40 cm dust sausages In the bathroom, armrest loose, black mold in the shower, warped patio door, sudden hot water stop while showering for 20 seconds, ... many defects that could be remedied with little to moderate effort if you wanted. Quite loveless investment property, which has probably not been used by the owners themselves for a long time. The location of the park is great and the complex is well-kept, but unfortunately this house does not allow any other overall assessment.
M	Marije Northolt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldig huis gehuurd met alles erop en eraan waaraan je met 2 gezinnen (4 volwassenen, 4 tieners) behoefte hebt: ruime eettafel en woonkamer (1 ruimte), goed geoutilleerde keuken met afwasmachine en combi oven-magnetron. Prima bedden. Sauna. Honden mochten mee. Vlakbij de dijk (daar loop je binnen een paar minuten op) waarachter de Oosterschelde ligt, waar een strandje is om te spelen en zwemmen en waarlangs je zeker een uur kunt wandelen. Geen gebruik hoeven maken van supermarkten, dus geen idee of die in de buurt zijn. Great house rented with all the trimmings that you need with 2 families (4 adults, 4 teenagers): spacious dining table and living room (1 room), well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and combi oven-microwave. Good beds. Sauna. Dogs were allowed. Close to the dike (which you can walk on within a few minutes) behind which is the Oosterschelde, where there is a beach to play and swim and along which you can walk for at least an hour. No need to use supermarkets, so no idea if they are nearby.
