Al meerdere auto's aangeschaft. No nonsense mentaliteit. Service is zeer goed. Helpen je altijd. Je kan ze beter benaderen dan schijnheilig van je achter je pc je klachten te uiten. Daar kunnen ze toch niks mee. Maar als je ze normaal benaderd zijn ze altijd behulpzaam. Ook al heb je geen garantie, proberen ze de kosten zo laag mogelijk voor je te houden. Very neat company. Decent sellers. Nice cars for competitive prices. Recommend the company to anyone looking for a nice used car. Bought several cars already. No nonsense mentality. Service is very good. Always help you. It is better to approach them than hypocritically expressing your complaints behind your PC. They can't do anything with that. But if you approach them normally they are always helpful. Even if you don't have a warranty, they try to keep the costs as low as possible for you.

Zaterdagavond krijg ik een mailtje dat dit geen probleem is. Zondag stipt op tijd werd de showroomdeur geopend voor mij en stond de auto voor klaar. Alle vragen die ik had werden goed en eerlijk beantwoord. Na de testrit was ik verkocht en na een korte en vriendelijke onderhandeling waren we er uit. Woensdagavond heb ik de auto opgehaald (na sluitingstijd) en is de auto op naam gezet en werd alles netjes en rustig afgerond. Samengevat: vriendelijk, deskundig, flexibel, geen druk, rustig. Saturday evening I finally found the car I've been looking for for a while. Emailed from Adel Auto's asking if I can view the car on Sunday (when they are closed). Saturday evening I receive an email that this is no problem. On Sunday right on time, the showroom door was opened for me and the car was ready. All questions I had were answered properly and honestly. After the test drive I was sold and after a short and friendly negotiation we were out. Wednesday evening I picked up the car (after closing time) and the car was registered and everything was neatly and quietly completed. In summary: friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, no pressure, quiet.

Zat een rammel achter in de auto dat dachten wijsgeer gebroken wordt gemeld dat was niet waar. .is ter reparatie gegaan 2 dagen kwijt ge weest niet verholpen. Ben toen naar mijn eigen garage geweest en het zat niet achter maar voor. Stabilisatie stangen stuk is nu verholpen kosten 143 euro. Ik vind dat de monteurs van van adel dit ook hadden moeten ontdekken . Ik heb de auto nu 7 weken dat was wel snel Car purchased Mercedes b. Was a rattle in the back of the car that thought sage is reported broken that was not true. .has gone for repair, lost 2 days, not fixed. I then went to my own garage and it was not behind but in front. Stabilization rods piece is now fixed costs 143 euros. I think the mechanics of van adel should have discovered this too . I've had the car for 7 weeks now that was fast
