★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I were looking for professional watercolors. This place had it all. We were so happy to find exactly what we needed. I do wish that they had more 20ml water color tubes from the Rembrandt brand, though. But all things considered this was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional service. Asked for a certain product which was not in stock. The shop assistant told me it would be in stock tomorrow and asked for my email address, saying I'd get an email when it's back in stock again. One MONTH has passed and I never got any email from them. I also went to the shop to enquire about the product, apparently it has never been in stock at all. Extremely misleading. I'll go to Gerstaecker from now on. Cheaper and friendly stuff there.
