Dat was ook niet hun bedoeling en ze hebben ze netjes afgeleverd op de plek waar ik het moest hebben. (en dat was niet waar de vrachtwagen bij kon). Prima. Glass wall of the Fa. Solundo received through them. Right on time, just call before they arrive. I cannot lift these plates (together) myself. That was not their intention and they delivered them neatly to the place where I needed it. (and that was not where the truck could reach). Fine.

Spullen worden op een andere plek neergezet dan afgesproken en als je ze erop aanspreekt dan vertrekken ze gewoon en laten je achter met zware spullen op een plek waar ze weg moeten. Als je aangeeft een klacht te zullen maken, dan geven ze aan dat hun dat niets uitmaakt. Gebeld met het bedrijf (heer van de Put), deze staat pal achter zijn medewerkers en gaat in discussie met mij als klant. De lezing van zijn medewerkers is voor hem waarheid en gaat daarbij op recalcitrante wijze in discussie met de klant. Al met al een hoop frustratie verder en geen oplossing rijker. We zullen nu zelf mogen gaan sjouwen met de spullen (zware glasplaten van 120 kg p.s.) Do not keep agreements. Stuff is placed in a different place than agreed and if you talk to them about it, they just leave and leave you with heavy stuff in a place where they have to go.
