There are a lot of bad stories going around about real estate agents. When we tell friends and family about our experience with Emile, they listen with amazement. Emile is a very pleasant and competent real estate agent. He has helped us twice in the past five years with the purchase and sale of our homes. Emile is always available, gives good advice, keeps to his agreements and remains calm in all hectic times. And he also charges a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend him.

He was patient as we travelled back and forth to look at homes over several months and he cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. When we had finally made an offer (Emile secured it for us under the asking price!), Emile then walked us through every step of the closing process (and he we could always reach him any hour of the day with sudden questions we had). We really appreciate that Emile was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible (and a pleasant overall experience). Maybe the best part about working with him was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs, than he was on closing a deal.
