★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben opgelicht door deze advocaat. Voerde opdrachten niet uit, kosten van andere klant doorbereken op mijn nota. Tijdens zitting niets zeggen of niet-nagekeken pleitnota's voorstuntelen tot grote ergenis van rechter. Voor 1 dezelfde zaak 2 partijen kosten berekenen, dus dubbel verdienen. 1 dag van te voren paniektelefoontjes, moet jong advocaatje adviseren wat hij moet zeggen en hetgeen afgesproken wordt tijdens zitting is nooit nagekomen.
 I was scammed by this lawyer. Did not execute orders, pass on costs of other customer on my bill. Say nothing during the hearing or pretext for unsuccessful pleadings to the great annoyance of the judge. Calculate 2 parties costs for 1 same case, so earn double. One day in advance panic calls, young lawyer must advise what to say and what has been agreed during the session has never been complied with.

Van het verdere verloop werd ik telkens keurig op de hoogte gehouden en ook werd ik geïnformeerd over de te verwachten kosten, zodat ik niet voor verrassingen kwam te staan. After an initial free conversation in which I had ample time to explain the case, I decided to hand it over to Van der Zwan Advocaten. I was kept well informed about the further progress and I was also informed about the expected costs, so that I was not faced with any surprises. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van Der Zwan Advocaten is one law firm I will always remember and be grateful to for how swiftly they responded to a very complex Health Insurance case I found myself. I had no urgent solution to my case. Several lawyers were contacted to assist me find solution to my case, but turned down my request because of its complex nature.
Van Der Zwan Advocaten was ,however contacted , after hearing my case this law firm accepted to handle it. In fact, the level of professionalism demonstrated by these lawyers was of one the best.They approached my case in an excellent manner getting in touch with all the stakeholders involved in my case.Aside that psychologically, much encouragement and assurance were given to me. Frequent updates given on the state of my case. So much efforts was put in place by these great lawyers to resolve the case.All liabilities that need to taken care of by the Health Insurer were all taken care of.
