Ik bestelde er een voor een 360m spoel en een voor een 300m spoel. Beide filmblikken blijken te klein. Zelfs in de doos voor een 300m spoel, gaat geen kleinere 16mm spoel. Ik nam daarover contact op. Het duurde even, maar uiteindelijk is het heel correct afgehandeld. De grijze filmspoelen/dozen waren op toen ik mijn bestelling plaatste. Jammer, want die passen wel. Als je 16mm filmspoeldozen wilt hebben, ga dan voor de ouderwetse grotere (ze bestaan zowel in grijs als in blauw; Van Eck heeft ze in grijs). Ordered 'cans' for 16mm film reels via the web store. They have been made of plastic for a long time; fine. I ordered one for a 360m coil and one for a 300m coil. Both film cans appear to be too small. Even in the box for a 300 m coil, no smaller 16 mm coil goes. I contacted about that. It took a while, but in the end it was handled very correctly. The gray film reels / boxes ran out when I placed my order. A pity, because they fit. If you want 16mm film reel boxes, go for the old-fashioned larger ones (they exist in both gray and blue; Van Eck has them in gray).

Lopen we ietwat naar links is er een ontvangstruimte met een tafel en zitstoelen. Er is een koffiehoek, een winkelbalie en diverse stellingen tegen de wanden met hierop diverse onderdelen voor o.a. projectoren. De klant is hier koning. Er wordt ruim de tijd genomen om je te helpen, je krijgt een grondig advies op het onderhoud en ook een kostenanalyse. Er is ook de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van een huurovereenkomst op projectoren of aanschaf van een gereviseerde projector. Een kleine reparatie word bij mij direct verholpen. Verder neemt men de tijd om de gekochte (marktplaats) projector eens grondiger te bekijken. Na een visuele inspectie word er zelfs een film uit de winkel gebruikt om de projector te testen.
