★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an IPL treatment which resulted in an abnormal swelling (although they affirm it is normal). I am not convinced by their arguments as I have done this treatment for 18 years now and never experienced this. IPL doesn't normally leave you so damaged that you are embarrassed to go to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit disappointing. Treatment was ok. Didn’t understand why I had to have a 90 min appointment to also do a take-in for 30 min and a 60 min facial. The beautician was late, couldnt open my form which I was asked to send ahead. Then took 20 min to answer the questions again. And yet I was out including treatment done in under 60 min total. Not worth 150 euro.

Results that they promised with the ZO Skin Health products have turned out to be bang on. After years of spending too much on the usual brands with no results and bottles accumulating at the back of the bathroom cabinet I final have something that works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given a cleaning wipe to remove my foundation.....before my Hydrafacial....... surely it was their job to remove the makeup properly! The facial didn't achieve much as my skin wasn't clean of makeup. 150 euros thrown away. The young lady at reception started to book my next appointment before asking if I actually wanted one. I didn't! I had a body treatment with Ludy once and without asking she gave me a rundown of the fillers and Botox I needed. Very rude! The two stars are for the young lady who did my facial as she is just following orders. She was very nice.

The clinics are so nice and the staff are ever so friendly and act in such a professional manner whilst making you feel comfortable.
