Het duurde bijna 14 dagen om te horen of de financiering wel of niet kon. Tussendoor 5 (!!) keer zelf moeten bellen of ze al meer wisten. Het duurde zo lang, dat zelfs de verkoper bij Van Mossel ons belde om te polsen of we ondertussen al wat wisten.
Geen eens communicatie binnen hetzelfde bedrijf dus.
Wanneer wij belden voor een update, kregen we iets voor sluitingstijd een mailtje met andere beloftes ('We komen er na het weekend op terug')
Hierna kwamen ze er dus niét op terug.
Helaas moesten wij hier zelf dan opnieuw achteraan bellen.
Steeds als wij vroegen of ze al nieuws hadden, lieten ze weten gelijk erachter aan te gaan en ons binnen een paar minuten terug te bellen.. Maar nadat we bijna 2 uur later het beloofde telefoontje nog steeds niet kregen was het wel duidelijk dat zij duidelijk niet bezig zijn met de klant.
Bij een andere organisatie was dit allemaal binnen 48 uur geregeld.
Erg jammer van onze tijd. Ik zou het niemand aanraden.
Awful to go to sea with.
It took almost 14 days to hear whether or not the financing was possible. In between I had to call 5 (!!) times to see if they knew more. It took so long that even the salesperson at Van Mossel called us to see if we already knew anything.
So no communication within the same company.
When we called for an update, we got an email just before closing with other promises ("We'll get back to you after the weekend")
After that, they never came back.
Unfortunately we had to call back here ourselves.
Whenever we asked if they had any news, they said they would go after it right away and call us back within a few minutes. But after almost 2 hours later we still didn't receive the promised call, it was clear that they clearly not concerned with the customer.
With another organization this was all arranged within 48 hours.
Very sorry for our time. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
