 Bouwlamp ordered and this was delivered at the cheapest price online findable. All in all a very good experience! Van Oostvoorn also reacts quickly to questions.

AFRADER...
Bestelling gedaan, deze helaas moeten annuleren, dit via de mail en tevens de telefoon gedaan waar ik te horen kreeg dat ik netje het volledige aankoopbedrag retour zou krijgen. Vanaf dat moment nauwelijks tot geen gehoor en geen retour betaling. Na diversen emails en belletjes toch n retour betaling maar die bleek meer dan 8€ minder dan mijn betaling. Uitleg die ik kreeg kwam niet lekker over. Het zou gaan om een Paypal betaling, waarover zijn 8€ moeten betalen en die belasten zij door aan mij????? En dit is slechts de kleine versie van het verhaal, want er is meer.... Anyway echt oplichters/afzetters als je t mij vraagt, en dat voor 8€ echt te sneu voor woorden...
Most bad company where I have ever made an order.

Made an order, this unfortunately have to cancel, this via the mail and also done the phone where I was told that I would get the full purchase price back. From that moment on hardly or no hearing and no return payment. After miscellaneous emails and bells still n return payment but that turned out to be more than 8 € less than my payment. Explanation that I got was not good about. It would be a Paypal payment, about which 8 € to pay and which they charge to me ????? And this is just the small version of the story, because there is more .... Anyway really scammers / disposers if you ask me, and that for 8 € really too sneu for words ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Binnen 14 dagen na aankoop willen ruilen, daar doet Van Oostvoorn niet aan. Het product was €5 maar zelf een tegemoetkoming zat er niet in. Mijn advies: met een grote boog omheen gaan.
Want to exchange within 14 days of purchase, Van Oostvoorn does not. The product was € 5 but a compensation was not included. My advice: go around with a big bow.
