★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben donderdag 29 december bij van os in zutphen geweest en ben erg ontevreden/teleurgesteld vertrokken. Bij binnenkomst zaten de beide verkoopsters op de stoel ze stonden wel op maar toen wij om een speciale koffer vroegen was deze er niet ze zou wel even kijken of ze deze konden bestellen maar ze kwam niet bij ons terug om te vertellen of ze de koffer wel of niet kon bestellen ze bleek al met een andere klant bezig te zijn. Ik was hierdoor zo teleurgesteld dat we maar naar een andere winkel zijn gegaan.
I went to van os in zutphen on Thursday 29 December and left very dissatisfied / disappointed. Upon entering were both sellers on the chair she stood up, but when we make a special case asked was it not they would see if they could buy it but they did not come back to us to tell whether they suitcase or or could not order it turned out to be busy with another customer. I was so disappointed that we went to another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je met de laagste prijs adverteerd moet je niet zeuren als klanten ook om die laagste prijs vragen. Slechte beurt gewoon weer op internet bestellen en aan de deur bezorgen, meerwaarde van een fysieke winkel is op deze wijze nihil. Jammer, ik de lokale winkel gewoon de order gegund.
If you advertise with the lowest price, don't whine when customers also ask for that lowest price. Just order bad service again on the internet and deliver it to the door, the added value of a physical store is nil in this way. Too bad, I just awarded the order to the local store.
