Wij hebben niet alleen paraplu's die tegen flinke wind bestand zijn, maar ook nog eens met mooie kleuren en leuke printjes!

Echter kregen we van de ontzettend vriendelijke dame het aanbod om een kwalitatief goede rugzak aan te schaffen 'op hun kosten.' Echt zo fijn hoe dat is opgelost. Zeer blij mee. Dikke complimenten!!!!! Due to a mistake by Samsonite we were without a backpack for our son. Van Os was the service point and were actually outside of this. However, we were offered by the incredibly friendly lady to purchase a high-quality backpack "at their expense." Really so nice how that was solved. Very happy with it. Big compliments !!!!!

Bedankt voor de goede service!! We couldn't open a new suitcase, Mariska from the Oosterhout branch helped us very well. We tried all possible codes, but still didn't work, we got a new suitcase! Thanks for the good service!!

It was supposed to resist wind very well but it couldnt even manage 100m of wind. I used it maybe 20 time to get from the car in the house and it was fine but in the moment when i wanted to walk a bit more with it and it was windy outside, it gave up after a few steps. So... definitely not worth the 60€ i had to pay for it.
