★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klantvriendelijkheid ver te zoeken. Fles wijn blijkt niet goed te zijn, klant de dupe. Voor 75 euro kon ik weer bestellen kreeg ik 10 euro korting. Fles wijn van 18 euro kunnen weggooien.
 Customer friendliness far away. Bottle of wine appears not to be good, customer is the victim. For 75 euros I could order again I got 10 euros discount. Can throw away a bottle of wine from 18 euros.

I ordered some good wines from David, and it got lost during transport, but thanks to David who keept on searching for the package, it turned up and was brought to me. A top A-Class service..!!!
