Dat was niet het geval. Het voorval uitgelegd, en ze lieten een kapper aankomen om mij te helpen. Ze hebben alles gedaan om mijn dag zo mooi mogelijk door te komen. Het bedrag wat ik moest betalen, was een glimlach. Vandaar dat ik daar klant ben gebleven, want de service is nog steeds goed. Ondanks het verloop blijven "mijn" kapsters een vrolijke team.
