★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moet zelf gaan informeren hoe ik de online aangeschafte tuinbank die na 2 maand al begint te bladeren.
Er word zoveel verkocht buiten Blokker om, dus moeten we het gaan verhalen bij de leverancier.
Volgens mij moet dit anders.
 Have to inquire myself how to browse the garden bench purchased online that already starts after 2 months.
So much is being sold outside of Blokker, so we have to report it to the supplier.
I think this should be different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vervelend. Via de website van Blokker geprobeerd een huis&tuin cadeaukaart te verzilveren maar dit wilde niet. Contact gezocht met de klantenservice van huis&tuin cadeaukaart. Daar werd aangegeven de kaart in de winkel te verzilveren. In de winkel geprobeerd om daar de lamp te bestellen maar dat kon dan weer niet in combinatie met de cadeaukaart omdat het product via een externe leverancier zou worden geleverd (lamp online). Winkelbediendes konden mij niet verder helpen (één van de Winkelbediendes mag klantvriendelijker worden). Uiteindelijk kwam de manager erbij die ook niet veel verder kwam dan, dat het in de winkel niet mogelijk was omdat het een externe partner betrof die zou leveren en dat hij niet wist waarom het online niet mogelijk was de kaart te verzilveren. Wat mij het meest stoort is het feit dat de manager niet de nieuwsgierigheid bezit waarom het online niet lukt. Kleine moeite om de klant tijd te besparen en zelf even een telefoontje te plegen ipv tegen de klant te zeggen dat de klant contact moet zoeken met het Blokker call center. Bovendien weet de manager na dat telefoontje dan ook waarom het niet lukt online om een antwoord te hebben voor klanten bij wie zich hetzelfde probleem voordoet. Iig ga ik de lampjes nu maar ergens anders bestellen met mijn cadeaukaart.
Annoying. Tried to redeem a home & garden gift card via the Blokker website, but this did not work. Contacted the customer service of home & garden gift card. There it was indicated to redeem the card in the store. Tried to order the lamp in the store, but that was not possible in combination with the gift card because the product would be delivered via an external supplier (lamp online). Shop assistants couldn't help me further (one of the Shop assistants could be more customer friendly). Finally the manager came along who also didn't get much further than that it was not possible in the store because it was an external partner who would deliver and that he did not know why it was not possible to redeem the card online. What bothers me the most is the fact that the manager doesn't have the curiosity as to why it doesn't work online. Small effort to save the customer time and to make a phone call instead of telling the customer that the customer should contact the Blokker call center. Moreover, after that phone call, the manager also knows why it is not possible to have an answer online for customers with the same problem. I'm going to order the lights elsewhere now with my gift card.
