Ze kwamen de afspraken en planning na, en de gebruiker was ook zeer tevreden. Project done with Van Vulpen in Zwijndrecht for new water pipeline network and water meter. j	jac moonen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De eerste kennismaking met een PR-man van de firma was hoopgevend. Er zou maar max. twee uur werk zijn aan het aanleggen van een waterleiding. De praktijk is dat er bijna zeven uur gewerkt is en het eindresultaat was weliswaar dat we water hadden maar niet waar wij dat wilden. Er stond in de kelder waar de nieuwe aansluiting is aangelegd een flinke plas water. De vloerbedekking zat onder de modder en de witte muur is nu grijs. In de gang zat de modder op een halve meter hoogte en de tegelvloer was een modderpoel. Dat werd op een mannenmanier schoon gemaakt, dus niet schoon. Ik heb alles met een steamcleaner schoon moeten maken. Het houten keldertrapje dat was aan de muur was vast geschroefd was uit de muur gerukt en zo maar in de gang gezet. We hebben niemand meer gezien om alles eens fatsoenlijk op te ruimen of even na te checken.. Ten einde raad ben ik toen maar zelf alles gaan schoonmaken en repareren. De nieuwe waterleiding tenslotte komt op 30 en 20 cm van de keldermuren uit de grond. Dat scheelt een hoo[p opruimruimte in een klein keldertje. Ik heb geen goed woord over voor onprofessionele manier van werken. Jac Moonen The first encounter with a PR man from the company was promising. There was a large pool of water in the basement where the new connection was installed. The floor covering was covered in mud and the white wall is now gray. The mud was half a meter high in the corridor and the tiled floor was a mud pool. That was cleaned in a man's way, so not clean. I had to clean everything with a steam cleaner. The wooden basement stairs that were screwed to the wall had been ripped out of the wall and put into the hallway. We have not seen anyone to clean up everything properly or to check it out again. In the end, I started cleaning and repairing everything myself. The new water pipeline finally comes out 30 and 20 cm from the basement walls. That saves a lot of cleaning space in a small basement. Dit Team werkt als een trein ! The experience I have with the Van Vulpen team that replaced the main gas pipeline in the Avenue Concordia in Rotterdam is exceptional, the craftsmanship, the information to residents and the repaving work is excellent. The avenue was not closed for a minute longer than necessary. This Team works like a train!
