There was no structure to how they arranged the samples to look at. So it took a long time to find specific sample numbers.

We are hoping the installation of the kitchen and the bathroom will also be as smooth as the purchase. I see quiet a few post about purchases but little about installations. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our old landlords had the kitchen from this company. When we moved into the house, we bought an additional cupboard for our kitchen on September. The wrong cupboards are delivered 2 times. After every wrong delivery, we have to wait one more month. We have to live with an unfinished kitchen for more than 4 months and still do not know when it will be finished. So frustrated with their services - never buy again, never recommend to someone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have been a 1-star rating because a standard, prefabricated solution was being sold to me, and not a custom solution that I would like to have. Giving the rating solely on the basis of poor customer service.
I must admit the session for the badkamer was rather pleasant and straightforward and hence I update to a 2-star rating.
