Gebreken wijst ze aan, twijfelpunten/punten die bouwkundig bekend staan als kritisch benoemt ze en als je vragen stelt probeert ze er niet omheen te draaien.
Na het tekenen van het voorlopig koopcontract was het contact erg prettig: in overleg konden we nog een keer in het huis kijken voor verbouwplannen.
Oftewel open, eerlijk en meedenkend: als koper was het erg prettig om met Marian zaken te doen, iets waar je als verkoper alleen maar profijt van kan hebben.

She points to flaws, she identifies points of doubt / points that are known as critical from a structural point of view and she tries not to ignore them when you ask questions.
After signing the provisional purchase contract, the contact was very pleasant: in consultation we could look at the house again for renovation plans.
In other words, open, honest and thinking along: as a buyer it was very pleasant to do business with Marian, something that you can only benefit from as a seller.
