★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De enige waarom ik nog twee sterren is dat het qua inrichting en vibe leuk vind. Voor de rest vind het aanbod meevallen. Ik had laatst een gouden ketting met een pendant gekocht en nog gevraagd of het goud erop zou vervagen of afgeven. Ze zeiden concreet:”nee”. Toch was het wel het geval na 2 dagen. Ik heb het daarom ook weggegooid. Ook vond ik dat de staff ons in de gaten hield en we waren duidelijk in het Nederlands aan het praten. De staff liep achter ons aan en had een vraag in het Nederlands gesteld. Wij gaven duidelijk in het Nederlands antwoord.. en ze zei: English???
Helaas is dit niet erg professioneel en ik kan begrijpen dat het een misverstand is. Toch kom ik hier niet meer zo snel.
The only reason why I still like two stars is that in terms of decor and vibe. For the rest, the range is better than expected. I recently bought a gold necklace with a pendant and asked if the gold on it would fade or give off. They specifically said "no". Yet it was the case after 2 days. That's why I threw it away. I also found that the staff was watching us and we were clearly speaking in Dutch. The staff followed us and asked a question in Dutch. We gave a clear answer in Dutch .. and she said: English ???
Unfortunately this is not very professional and I can understand that it is a misunderstanding. Still I don't come here that fast anymore.
