We bought shoes online which of course clearly has a receipt when we wanted to switch them because the size didnt fit this weird worker called the manager on us with the information that we dont have the receipt while its right her face.
The woman behind the counter is super slow literally waited 10 minutes in a row while there was seriously one person before me who was already getting helped the counter.

Only i have to add one thing: i couldn't find shoes in my size, so i took a bit bigger ones and asked if its possible to return them. They said yes. When i decided after walking in them one time that its better to get smaller ones they told me i cannot return them, because i walked in them.
I can understand that of course, but i feel they should have informed about that, when i asked.
