Small branch, assortment not complete. Not all staff are equally friendly here.
Shop is located in the shopping center square 40-45.

β β β β β Hele kleine winkel, het assortiment is hierdoor beperkt. Personeel niet altijd even vriendelijk. Meestal verkies ik Etos boven Kruidvat, maar bij plein 40 is het juist andersom.
Very small store, the range is therefore limited. Staff not always friendly. Usually I prefer Etos to Kruidvat, but at square 40 it's the other way around.

β β β β β Jammer dat dit filiaal van Etos de standaard van Etos niet waar kan maken. Personeel is niet altijd even vriendelijk, soms zelf grof. Assortiment is gelimiteerd en als het er niet is sturen ze je naar Kruidvat aan de overkant. En tot overmaat van ramp stond ik deze week weer voor een dichte deur ondanks dat de openingstijden op de deur zichtbaar zijn. Is niet de eerste keer dat dit gebeurd. Gelukkig zijn er in Amsterdam meerdere filialen waar de standaard van Etos wel is zoals het hoort.
Too bad this branch of Etos cannot live up to the standard of Etos. Staff is not always friendly, sometimes even rude. Assortment is limited and if it is not there they will send you to Kruidvat across the street. And to make matters worse, I was again faced with a closed door this week, despite the opening hours being visible on the door. Not the first time this has happened. Fortunately, there are several branches in Amsterdam where the standard of Etos is as it should be.

Hierdoor geen service in de winkel.
Staff is alone behind the cash register at the busiest time of the day, colleagues are on a break.
As a result, no service in the store.
