★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly woman. I wanted to return a product cause I received as a gift. I had the receipt, label, and was in the returning periode. The only thing that was missing was the the little rope to knot the label on the product (but it was a gift). She raised her voice really quickly and started to talk in a very agressive way to me that it is not possible, cause the rope was missing to put the tag on the product. I just said I didnt understand why and asked her how so? And she raising her voice giving weird examples that she also would not drag her clothes from her closet to the shop to bring it back? But I made it pretty clear that it was a gift and I didn't even touch the product.
So, eventually I just asked if I could then trade it for another product (that was more expensive)...
But THEN she made a call to let me trade it for another product, cause NOW it is possible to put the tag back on the product...
Bad and unfair service! The woman behind the counter is really mean!
I do not recommend to buy anything here!

I really enjoyed my time there: it was very relaxed and welcoming, organized and the selection of products was also exactly what I have been looking for, for quite some time. The woman working there was also very lovely, kind and approachable. I can highly recommend Varsana Yoga Store.

Great place to get a gift as well as they sell books and variety of wellness and spirituality related items. I highly recommend this store.
