This is the kind of business that "used to be" , local and serving the local community and tradesmen working locally. They have everything.. even the little weird things you would never expect to find.. and if they don't have it they'll help you find it.
They are really nice and patient. It has the feel of a family run hardware store while being efficient and affordable at the same time.
...also, in the pre-corona days there was free COFFEE!! :)
