★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I speak as tenant with a ca. 2,5 year stay with the VDM Vastgoed Groep in Rotterdam. The agency is not professional and not responsive to defects and maintenances. Shortages of electricity took routinely more than two days to address. I suggest every existing and new tenant to verify that rent and service costs are calculated correctly with someone like the huurcommissie or the huurteam, because mistakes can always happen. Unfortunately, I cannot give more than 1 star.
