Er worden producten uit de streek geveild, zoals, aardappelen, komkommers, paling, drop, en nog een aantal producten.
U zit aan een tafeltje/bankje met een knop. Als de klok gaat draaien voor een product, dat u graag wilt bemachtigen, mag u op de knop drukken. De klok begint bij de maximumprijs, om verder af te dalen richting de minimumprijs. De veilingmeester daalt met u mee, en hij roept de prijzen hard op tijdens dit proces.
Een gedeelte van de opbrengst gaat naar het Streekmuseum 'De Meestoof' in Sint-Annaland..
