β β β β β De service is prima naar de klant toe, echter buiten dit om heb ik al twee spooknota's ontvangen van reeds gedane betalingen waarbij de apotheker nog het lef heeft om mij privΓ© te bellen en te dreigen met incasso bureau wanneer ik maar eens ga betalen, terwijl ik keurig de gemaakte betaalafspraken nakom (gezien demaandelijkse afboekingen bij mijn bank). Deze wantoestand met hun rommelige administratie mag wel eens kritisch tegen het licht worden gehouden!! ..Teleurgesteld Sarah
 The service is fine towards the customer, but apart from this I have already received two ghost notes from payments already made where the pharmacist still has the guts to call me privately and to threaten with a collection agency whenever I go to pay, while I the neatly made payment agreements descendant (seen demaandelijkse charges on my bank). These abuse their messy administration should be held once critically !! .. Disappointed Sarah
