Naast de prachtige locatie had Veria als host echt een magische werking op de groep. Ondanks dat ik niet iedereen kende voelde ik mij vanaf moment 1 op mijn gemak. Natuurlijk ben jij degene die uiteindelijk het bad in gaat maar ik vraag me af of dit zonder de hulp van Verie wel gelukt was. Ik heb veel geleerd van de dag en ben mezelf. Dank! What a fantastic experience this was. I am extremely grateful to Verie for this session. Besides the beautiful location, Veria really had a magical effect on the group as host. Even though I didn't know everyone, I felt at ease from moment one. Of course you are the one who ends up in the bath but I wonder if this would have been possible without Verie's help. I learned a lot from the day and I am myself. Thanks!

Ze weet zo mooi verbinding te creëren tussen de vrouwen die mee doen, en het ademwerk en het ijs waren onder begeleiding van Verie een prachtige manier om te verbinden met mezelf en mijn lichaam. Alles was top geregeld met lunch, sauna, heel veel ijs, en de zon scheen :) Dankjewel Verie! Verie's Icequeen session was such a beautiful experience! She knows how to create a connection between the women who participate so beautifully, and the breathwork and the ice under Verie's guidance were a wonderful way to connect with myself and my body. Everything was perfectly arranged with lunch, sauna, lots of ice, and the sun was shining :) Thank you Verie!

Ze heeft geen oordeel, je kan je vol vertrouwen kwetsbaar opstellen. Het ijsbad heeft mij veel geleerd. Ik ga het zeker nog een keer doen na wat oefening thuis met koud douchen en zee-dipjes!! Recommended. Verie is super professional and caring during her sessions. You feel continuously supported by her. She has no judgment, you can be vulnerable with confidence. The ice bath taught me a lot. I will definitely do it again after some practice at home with cold showers and sea dips!!

En dan de ervaring in het ijsbad: Comfortabel in het oncomfortabele. Overgave en loslaten, onder begeleiding van de zachte energie van Verie. De Ice Queen sessie heeft me hele mooie inzichten opgeleverd, mega dankbaar daarvoor! I have attended several ice bath workshops but the one at Verie is next level. I found her breathing session followed by a healing meditation very powerful. And then the ice bath experience: Comfortable in the uncomfortable. Surrender and letting go, guided by the soft energy of Verie. The Ice Queen session has provided me with very nice insights, very grateful for that!

Kan het iedereen aanraden als je een sprong in het IJsbad wilt wagen dit bij Verie te doen. Experienced a wonderful workshop with Verie, professional, nice and good guidance .. what a wonderful start to 2022! Would recommend to anyone if you want to take a plunge into the Ice Bath to do this at Verie.

Wonderful place, in nature near Amsterdam Bijlmer. Great group of people. And of course the ice bad itself was really worth it with great guidance from Verie. I loved it. And proud of myself that I did it. Would do it again someday

Verie is a professional, who knows how to make you feel at home, comfortable and secure enough to step into the ICE. She is very warm, supportive and welcoming and guides you through this proces easily. I loved the way it made me feel and will defenitely go again!

The icebath itself is of course cold, but the preparation beforehand was great and it was interesting to observe how big the influence of your mind is on the actual happening. I am not sure if I'll ever step into an icebath again but it was a great experience!
