C	Christin Charlotte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unkooperative Geschäftsleitung! Ich wollte eine Hose gerne reklamieren da nach sehr kurzer Zeit (1-2 Tage) der Reißverschluss kaputt ging. Allerdings war der Geschäftsführer sehr unkooperative und unterstellte mir ich habe die Hose mutwillig zerstört, weil ich sie nicht mehr haben wollen würde. Als ich ihn darauf aufmerksam machte, dass er mir ein halbes Jahr nachweisen muss das ich Schuld habe, dies gesetzlich geregelt ist und das ich gerne mein Geld wieder haben möchte rief er die Polizei wegen vermeintlichem Hausfriedensbruch an. Diese bestätigte natürlich das Recht meinerseits und sagte mir das ich es doch vermeiden solle, in diesem Laden einkaufen zu gehen. Es folgt ein gerichtlicher Prozess da er sich darüber hinaus unmöglich gegenüber meinerseits verhalten hat. Und das alles nur wegen einer 30€ Hose!!! Very uncooperative management! I wanted to complain about a pair of pants because the zipper broke after a very short time (1-2 days). However, the manager was very uncooperative and insinuated that I deliberately destroyed the pants because I wouldn't want them anymore. When I pointed out to him that he had to prove to me for six months that it was my fault, that this was regulated by law and that I would like to have my money back, he called the police about alleged trespassing. This of course confirmed the right on my part and told me that I should avoid going shopping in this store. This is followed by a legal process because he has also behaved impossibly towards me. And all because of a 30 € pair of pants!
