R	Rob Mailler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had een lijst gekocht en een passe-partout besteld 40x60cm , en moest vooruit betalen. Na twee weken kon ik mijn passe-partout ophalen. De opening binnen de passe-partout was anderhalve cm te weinig. De uitsneden waren een cm te lang , dus lelijke spleten in de hoeken. En het ergste was dat de passe-partout maar 39,4 cm was dus je keek tussen passe-partout en lijst tegen de achterkant. Ik weer terug. En ipv een sorry, de opmerking de machine was verkeerd ingesteld. De chef hield de deur open met een "attent" fijne avond! Ik heb thuis de onbruikbare passe-partout van 25 euro weggegooid. En uit papier zelf wat gesneden. Erg onprofessioneel en de eerste en de laatste keer dat ik bij porst wat gekocht heb. I had bought a frame and ordered a passe-partout 40x60cm, and had to pay in advance. And some cut from paper itself. Very unprofessional and the first and last time I bought anything from porst.

Leider war der Akku meiner Kamera defekt und musste neu bestellt werden, da die Kamera schon ein paar Jahre auf der Blende hat. Als ich nebenher erwähnte, das ich einen wichtigen Termin mit Kamera hatte, wurde mir kurzerhand ohne viel Aufwand kostenlos eine Kamera für diesen Zweck zur Verfügung gestellt. Mehr Kundenservice geht in diesem Falle nicht ! Herzlichen Dank nochmals auf diesem Wege. Der Akku wurde bestellt und war 2 Tage später zur Abholung bereit . Auch den Passbildservice haben wir bereits genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität der Bilder. Da zeigt sich schon sehr deutlich, dass man sich in einem Fachhandel befindet. Rundum, unsere neue Anlaufstelle Nummer 1 was die Fotowelt betrifft ! As a new and unknown customer, I was welcomed very warmly. We have also already used the passport photo service and were very satisfied with the quality of the photos. This shows very clearly that you are in a specialist shop. All around, our new number 1 contact point for the world of photography!

Da ich die interne Technik nicht gut kenne, wandte ich mich an Photo Porst in Kleve. Es war eine sehr gute Entscheidung. Sehr professionell wurde das Problem erkannt und zu meiner großen Freude sofort behoben. Dabei wurde auch noch ein wenig gefachsimpelt. Der Preis war fair und der gesamte Besuch sehr angenehm. Sollte ich noch einmal ein Problem mit meiner Kamera haben, weiß ich an wen ich mich wenden kann. After some unsightly spots became noticeable on my photos, cleaning could no longer be avoided. Was künftige Erweiterungen meiner Fuji-Ausrüstung angeht, werde ich hier bestimmt noch öfter vorbei kommen :). Great store with great advice! Mr. Herrmann takes a lot of time and competently answers all questions. As for future upgrades to my Fuji gear, I'll definitely be coming back here more often :).
