Don't pick this Web host! No phone support or live chat. You can only open up support tickets....so if you website is down and you want a quick solution or someone to chat with, forget it. The cPanel and Customer area are not organized or easy to use. There are way too many other better Web hosting companies out there to use that offer 24/7 support by phone or online chat. (Most are outside the Netherlands). The support teams actually help you and don't send you off to read a blog post or forum to learn how to fix a problem. Plus, they offer prices under 5 euro per month and unlimited space.

We are currently moving a bunch websites/domains/databases to Versio. When I say "we" I mean Versio's customer service – everything that could have been resolved was, to my full satisfaction and with as little work from my side as possible to ensure that everything works 100%. Shout-out to the ever-patient Michael!

Had the total package: hosting, domain, sitebuilder and ssl with installation. After some bumps on the road I managed to build a website but still the ssl certificate isn't installed (and yes Versio if you are reading this I paid for it!). Tried to make contact with them (multiple times and lost count) but every time they come with something that doesn't help at all or even worse.... It doesn't relate to the issue at all. I also had to wait for hours before the respond to my messages. I'm very disappointed :(

Bought multiple domains from Versio. Haven't had any issues with setting up my own name servers and using the domains. The only downside is the fact that he company charges transaction costs for basically every payment method.

Got billed 36€ for webhosting which is priced at 50 cents per month. Con artists. Reply to versio; I've been a customer for almost 8 years and wasn't told about any price increase. Instead I get a very rude reply from versio by email telling me it's on the website. Good way to get rid of loyal customers.

I host a website for our homebrew group on Versio Netherlands since 2018. At the time they seemed like a good option and good value. In 2019 they doubled their prices for almost all of their hosting packages. After some consultations they downgraded my hosting to bronze. I ended up paying more and getting less. But my needs are simple and costs are important for a social group with no contribution model. The agent promised to throw in a free SSL certificate but it never materialised. Yesterday (May 2021 ) I received a cheery e-mail from Versio. They announced that they keep improving and working on bringing me the best services. This email ended up being a sneaky increase to another hosting package (start) which is double the price of my current package. When I contacted them about a lower tier hosting package they said this is the lowest they offer. Oh and they also almost doubled their costs for domain registration in the last year as well. If they were up front about doubling their prices I would not be this upset. They keep on shuffling around hosting packages and pricing. I've been with them for 3 years and already had to endure 2 price hikes at around 100 percent. This is their business model - lure you in with a decent hosting package and then hike the price up or downgrade you to a lower service tier. This was the straw that broke the camel's back. Luckily I also host a website at Vimexx and never had any of these issues with them. My domain has been transfered. They have better customer service, have lower prices for domain registration, and offer a similar hosting package at lower prices that include SSL certificates in the price. I'm happy to move away and never look back. If you are reading review to decide if Versio is a good host for you; I can say no from personal experience.

Versio is a wonderful hosting provider. Their support is excellent, though it may take some time sometimes and in the weekends there is no live support. But overall I'm very satisfied with the services and the solutions they offer in case you got a situation. Their prices are great for which they offer a wonderful package. I've been a customer for many years.

I have never written a negative review, but it is time that it would happen. I'm with Versio.nl already 10 years, always satisfied with their friendly but unstable service, but since they were "bought" by TWS two years ago, their service has declined and the prices started to sky up! Few weeks ago Ive got a message that my hosting with Versio (for two static web sites) would double in price and after connecting with the support via e-mail (no chats available now and to call them would cost you €9,00 p/maand +21% BTW), I've got unfriendly and sharp reply to be satisfied with what I have or to go away. Just brilliant, right? Well, for new customers I would recommend to stay away from this company TWS. TWS has "bought" companies include Yourhosting, Versio, PCextreme, RealHosting, DeHeeg, Savvii, Provider, Neostrada, InforTelecom, Axarnet, SoHosted, Argeweb, Flexwebhosting, Alphamega, Sitebytes, Sloppy.io, RAN Networks, Singular Web, Domeinbalie, Nerion, Skyberate, MageHost, IPS and QDC. TWS is building some kind of monopoly in the hosting world, thus just keep in mind that you would pay twice more the next year for your hosting.
