★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een onkunde. Per 31 juli via MVGM uitgeschreven als huurder. Sturen ze vervolgens na die desbetreffende datum doodleuk narekeningen naar dat huuradres waarvoor ik me per 31 juli heb uitgeschreven. Dan ook nog 't gore lef hebben incassokosten in rekening te brengen, terwijl de brief nooit is aangekomen. Net met ze gebeld of ze het correspondentieadres willen aanpassen naar mijn huidige adres. Of ik dat toch even op de mail wil zetten. Nou houdoe! Simpele zielen. Nooit deze kwakzalvers inschakelen AUB! Je zal er maar werken.
 What an ignorance. Deregistered as a tenant via MVGM on 31 July. Subsequently, after that date, they will be sent casually to the rental address for which I have unsubscribed on 31 July. Then it is also a good thing to have collection costs charged, while the letter has never arrived. Just called them if they want to change the correspondence address to my current address. Whether I want to put that on the mail. Well, oh dear! Simple souls. Never switch on these quacks! You will only work there.

Seriously, stay away from this real estate company. They are the most unprofessional people around. Very very unresponsive on emails and when you call them, the person on the call knows nothing. They are only good at getting money for everything.

I was trying to rent a parking place in the house I'm living in and they rented out the spot which was already rented to some other person.
It took them two months to sort this out and there was no support in this situation from their side (I had to talk to the other owner which was quite an ugly conversation because the company confirmed that I'm the only one renting the spot).
On top of this, they are highly unprofessional: they ignore emails, tend to finish phone conversations by "we will call you back" and then never actually call back.
Stay away by all cost.

The apartment was delivered with not working heating and electricity. After 2 months the problem is still not solved. The dedicated inspector doesn't reply the mails calls. When you call to the office - they say "we'll solve this issue". And never reply and call you back
Counting the days for the termination of the contract so we could move away and never deal with this agency again
