Lief personeel, en geweldige zorg. Het blijft hoe dan ook mensen werk. Wij ondernemers vinden het niet leuk als je weg blijft bij een klacht. Mijn tip: ' niet klagen maar vragen.' Blijf alsjeblieft praten. Ik lees ook:" Wij komen niet voor de dierenarts maar voor de hulp." Vind ik een beetje jammer. Want we vinden het leuk als ondernemer jullie te zien en te helpen. Blijf niet weg, maar spreek je gevoel ( liefdevol assertief)uit. Dan komen we er beslist tot een oplossing. Fïjne dag gewenst Thank you for taking good care of cutting my bears. They now have two new girlfriends. Stripe and Blinda. Lovely staff, and great care. Either way, it's still people's work. We entrepreneurs do not like it when you stay away from a complaint. My tip: 'Don't complain but ask.' Please keep talking. I also read: "We don't come for the vet but for the help." I'm a little sorry. Because as an entrepreneur we like to see and help you. Don't stay away, but express your feeling (lovingly assertive). Then we will definitely come to a solution. Have a nice day

Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took our dog here once five years ago, while switching vets, and the vet, while bluff and friendly, seemed not to be able to get over the fact that he was talking to an Asian person, and kept talking loudly about how he'd been to CHINA, while not paying attention to our dog. (Btw, am not Chinese). So, too awkward for us.
A	Ania Angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent vet for your pet! Very attentive to your and your pet’s needs. Lower prices then most vets in the Netherlands. Great advise on options depending on the situation. Can be busy at times and may not see you at the appointment time. Receptionist is not always there. Also really great in emergencies if your pet needs to be seen asap! Truly recommend this vet.
V	Violetta Liesanty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our cat was there twice for some basic vaccination so we can’t tell much if he gives extra care more than other vet, etc. However, we’re not happy that our cat always got fleas right after the appointment at the clinic. She started to scratch herself when we just arrived home from the clinic. What a coincidence (?) Too much work to get rid of the fleas so we decided not to go back and avoid the risk.
