β β β β β Zeer slechte communicatie, doen niet wat ze beloven!
Mijn hond had een puffer met medicatie nodig,zouden ze bestellen!
Na 1 week zelf maar eens bellen,hadden ze niets besteld,moest zelf de puffer bestellen.
.Puffer besteld,gebeld dat hun de medicatie konden bestellen,weer bellen na 1 week,weten ze van niets.
Zit er iemand aan de lijn die nergens van af weet?
Zou terug gebeld worden,weer niets en de mededeling we hebben het zo druk....
Dus mijn hond kan stikken omdat hun geen tijd hebben even na te kijken of er medicatie is besteld!
Dus jullie begrijpen vast wel dat ik hier niet meer kom met onze dieren,ben nog nooit zo slecht ergens behandeld!!!!!
 Very bad communication, don't do what they promise!
My dog ββneeded a puffer with medication, would order them!
After 1 week I called myself, they hadn't ordered anything, had to order the puffer themselves.
Ordered a Puffer, called that they could order the medication, called again after 1 week, they know nothing.
Is there someone on the line who knows nothing about anything?
Would be called back, again nothing and the announcement we are so busy....
So my dog ββcan choke because they don't have time to check if medication has been ordered!
So you probably understand that I don't come here anymore with our animals, I've never been treated so badly anywhere!!!!!

β β β β β They told me that they had no time for me, since I didn't make an appointment, and then offered a spot if I pay for an emergency 90 euros within the regular working hours. I would never treat my my customers this way

β β β β β I cannot thank the incredible team at Mijn Dierenkliniek Leiden enough! They did a wonderful job serializing my two female rabbits.
I was very nervous about the surgery, and spent quite a long time looking at different vet clinics. I chose this vet because of how knowledgeable and honest they were during our initial consultation.
Throughout the entire process, everyone on the team was kind and professional. Iβm sure they could tell I was nervous, and they went above and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way. The vet performing the surgery was extremely knowledgeable about the special needs of rabbits, and really seemed to care about the animals she worked with. The surgery was quick, and they waited until the rabbits had eaten before sending them home.
I would highly recommend coming to this vet clinic if you have rabbits. Everything went smoother than I could have ever imagined, and now my little ladies are safe at home resting. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
