β β β β β Very good with pets. Friendly staff that speaks decent English. Their prices are good and they also have dog or kitten packages that include all first vaccinations and whatever else your pet needs for their first year of life in a very reasonable price. Highly recommend if you are new pet owner like me and want your pet to have everything they need!

β β β β β My cat had health problems 2 weeks after I moved here (from the UK). The veterinarian we saw was fantastic - she was patient, understanding and explained everything very well. My cat also seemed relatively calm being handled by her. We are halfway through the prescribed medication and it seems to be working well.
I will definitely go back here - I walk past another surgery on my way but I like this one.

β β β β β They are the best veterinary Service in Groningen. Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors, neat and tidy waiting room & plenty of information leaflets available. They can recommend dog trainers, pet groomers & other services nearby. The doctors have plenty of animal treats available for patients. They deal with pet passports & even the UK based ones that were issued before or after Brexit. There is also an adjoining, highly rated pet hospital for performing more complex procedures. Overall, I highly recommend this practice :) .

β β β β β Very attentive and professional attitude providing specialists. I had not a serious issue with my dog, mainly documents and chip control. All went well. Service quality was very good, above my expectations. And, of course, we are the fixed clients now ;)
