Very good experience with last Monday putting our dog puck to sleep! It was very difficult, the vet was very sweet and understanding, just what you need at such a moment!

Even though we are not a customer of the practice, we helped along nicely during the weekend with our sick dog.

Wat beter geregeld zou kunnen zijn is het lange wachten aan de balie. Het is me al diverse keren gebeurd dat ik een aantal producten kom halen en dat de baliemedewerkster aan het telefoneren is. Vanmorgen sta ik wel 10 minuten te wachten tot ik geholpen wordt. Dit zou gemakkelijk op te lossen moeten zijn volgens mij.
The vets at the Sleen location are knowledgeable and nice! I like coming there.
What could be better arranged is the long wait at the counter. It has happened to me several times that I come to pick up a number of products and that the desk clerk is on the phone. This morning I have to wait 10 minutes for help. This should be an easy fix in my opinion.
