★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prachtige collectie maar wat een verschrikkelijke sales medewerker. Als klant wou ik een aantal items passen en de desbetreffende mevrouw was erg klantonvriendelijk en kwam erg geïrriteerd over. Ik heb het gevoel dat de mevrouw misschien niet helemaal lekker in haar vel zit…
Wel erg jammer voor mij als klant want mijn shopping day is nu wel verpest door haar negatieve energie. Conclusie super leuke winkel en collectie maar personeel kan zeker wel een training gebruiken in customer service. ;)
Beautiful collection but what a terrible sales employee. As a customer I wanted to try on a number of items and the lady in question was very customer unfriendly and came across as very irritated. I have the feeling that the lady may not be completely comfortable in her own skin…
Very unfortunate for me as a customer because my shopping day is now ruined by her negative energy. Conclusion super nice store and collection but staff could certainly use training in customer service. ;)
