Eind 1883 arriveert Vincent van Gogh in Nuenen. Hij trekt in bij zijn ouders in de pastorie, al voelt hij zich niet thuis. Het washok wordt zijn atelier. Hier schildert hij zijn eerste meesterwerk.

โ โ โ โ โ It is the perfect place to start learning about the life of Van Gogh. The audio tour was really nice and easy to understand, and the ladies working there were the kindest. Definitely worth going there.

โ โ โ โ โ Very well presented and informative exhibits spread over 3 floors. User friendly audio guides explain in some detail the life and times of Van Gogh and his association with Nuenen. Friendly, helpful staff and the inevitable shop and cafe.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice place to find more about life of Vincent van Gogh. They don't have any original paintings but you can still enjoy and learn more things about it. Digital, modern expositions are really beautiful and impressive. Kindly service and Neunen is very nice village, with more places from Vincent's life.

โ โ โ โ โ Really well organized museum with a lot of detail in each exhibit. A lot of information on van Gogh's life, specificaly his time in the village. A lot of information, but it's all in Dutch, for a couple Euros extra the audio helps a lot. Not worth it without it. A little out of the way & a bit expensive. So unless you're really into the man. I dont think the trip would be worth it.

โ โ โ โ โ High recommend to visit this Van Gogh center full of multimedia and interesting stories from artist's life! Here you can't see original paintings of Van Gogh but you can "touch the history" and learn more about his life in Nuenen. Audio gide is necessary because all information in Dutch.
