★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De organisatie benaderd om een oplossing te zoeken naar de Corona maatregelen die door de overheid waren genomen, voor een restitutie of een tegoedbon, maar in plaats van een oplossing zoeken, ging de persoon in kwestie elke keer het probleem van zich afschuiven naar de ambassade waar ik niks mee te maken heb. NOOIT met deze oplichters iets beginnen, want je bent jouw geld kwijt en klanten service is ver te zoeken!!
The organization approached to look for a solution to the Corona measures taken by the government, for a refund or a voucher, but instead of looking for a solution, the person in question always shifted the problem to the embassy where I have nothing to do with it. NEVER do anything with these scammers, because you will lose your money and customer service is hard to find!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas een zeer slechte ervaring. In 2019 hebben we voor mijn schoonouders visa bij luxury tour aangeschaft zodat zij op umrah konden gaan. Helaas ging de reis niet door wegens de maatregelen die wegens covid begonnen. Hoewel de ambassade heeft aangegeven dat luxury tour de visa zou moeten compenseren, hebben we tot op heden niks van hen vernomen hierover. Bij ieder contact wordt aangegeven om het op de mail te zetten. Dit heb ik herhaaldelijk gedaan om vervolgens geen reactie te krijgen. Vooral het feit dat ze gewoon niet reageren, vind ik erg kwalijk. Ik raad hun service dan ook zeker niet aan.
Unfortunately a very bad experience. In 2019 we bought visas for my in-laws at luxury tour so that they could go on umrah. Unfortunately, the trip was canceled due to the measures that started due to covid. Although the embassy has indicated that luxury tour should compensate for the visa, we have not heard anything from them about this to date. Each contact is indicated to put it on the mail. I did this repeatedly and then got no response. I especially hate the fact that they just don't respond. I certainly do not recommend their service.
