Het hele jaar door kun je vis eten toch blijft vis een seizoensproduct. Door schommelingen in de aanvoer en de invloed van het seizoen is het aanbod wisselend. Omdat wij veel waarde hechten aan het aanbieden van smaakvolle en verantwoorde vis, werken we met seizoensvis. Een kijkje op de seizoenskalender leert je welke vis in welke maand(en) op zijn lekkerst is. Een kritische kanttekening is hier overigens wel op zijn plaats, want kweekvis is het hele jaar door wel goed verkrijgbaar. Waarom? Omdat deze vissoorten niet afhankelijk zijn van klimatologische omstandigheden en andere factoren die weer wel van invloed zijn op wilde vissen.

β β β β β It looks a bit like you are in a former DDR area..but the quality of the fish is top notch. Outside in the restaurant part you can sit in the shade but the 'snack bar site' offers you a full burnin sun. It would help to put a few parasols up. Prices are reasonable service is good.

β β β β β It doesnβt get as authentic local resturant than this. Fresh fish and anything else from the sea. You name it the serve it and run a fish shop on the side. Itβs all inclusive.
