Got fried fish. I got more than enough. The fish is tasty, just a little fat. Staff are friendly.

Great fish! Unfortunately, Mr. Bijl sometimes comes across as a bit stiff, not so friendly, but the fish is delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve bopped around NL as a student living in various areas. It is not often that I live near a fish specialist. Let alone one this good! When other places like Simonis or Captain Jack feel soulless and coporate, when I enter this place it feels like family.
The food is consistently good whatever you purchase. Herring, Kibbeling, salmon, shrimps, etc. You really can’t go wrong with anything. Even with the market every friday, this place’s kibbeling really can’t be beat.
Highly recommended to try this place out, but if you live nearby then you probably don’t need any convincing.
